A well-done little house with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture, and good communication with a helpful owner. It is near a fairly busy street and yet I found it very quiet. Furthermore, there's a walking trail nearby, and you can walk to the Mayo in about 15 minutes.

My 78 year old father, dog and I ended up needing to spend Christmas in Rochester while I received treatment from Mayo and took a chance on Becca’s latest house: we were NOT disappointed! The house had everything we needed, a cozy living room, comfortable beds, cozy blankets, a well-appointed kitchen for our 2 week stay, and an extremely proactive team when it came to snow and ice protection - even making sure we could get out of the garage for a 6:30 am appt in the middle of a snowstorm. Becca was professional, highly knowledgeable of Rochester and the arts scene in particular, and a friendly and proactive host. We’d have stayed longer if we could!

This was our second stay here. We were just as satisfied with this stay as our first. A great location for appointments at Mayo. Comfortable accommodations. Restaurants within walking distance are a plus. We would definitely recommend.

This was our 5th stay here as a family for Christmas, we love the "Christmas House!" It's a great fit for 5 adults & 2 pets, plenty of room for all of us! The hosts are always super responsive. & check in to see if you need anything!! Highly recommend considering this house if you are looking for a home while in Rochester!

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at Oak Savannah! The house was large enough for us to gather to eat, play games and watch TV. Just a few miles from downtown Rochester food and shopping. Great bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. Lovely woodland views from large sunny windows!

We were in town for care for our daughter at Mayo Clinic. Very convenient location to St. Mary’s campus. We also loved that we could walk across the street to a grocery store and restaurants. Becca was a great host with prompt and responsive communication. We would certainly stay again.

I appreciate the kindness that they extended during a tough time for my family. We were there for 6 weeks and it really did feel like home. The house was perfect and had a backyard for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful…day and night. The location is ideal especially if you are going to Mayo. Our host were great in all ways as this was our first time using AirBNB. Appreciate everything and give them our highest recommendation!!!

What a cute, modern home!! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the natural light from the windows and open concept of the space. Cute vintage stove and fireplace!
