I interacted with the owner prior to securing the reservation and she was prompt and courteous and informative each time. I wanted to find a place just right for my relatives. Her place had everything we needed. Great neighborhood, dog, friendly, very, very clean. And the owner was an excellent communicated.

I had a very comfortable stay at this Airbnb just a short drive from the Mayo Clinic. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the electric fireplace was a really nice touch—especially since there isn’t an individual thermostat. The driveway and sidewalks were impressively well plowed and shoveled, which made winter travel much easier. I also appreciated that the hosts support the local arts and that the rental is dog-friendly. Overall, a thoughtful, welcoming place to stay and a great option if you’re visiting the Mayo Clinic.

Very comfortable. Easy to walk the 2 blocks to St. Mary's Mayo where one can take a shuttle to go to downtown Mayo. Thyme grocery was excellent as well as Thai restaurant around the corner.

The house was just as described. Most important to me is comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. These beds were very comfortable. The space is quite large. We were in town for a wedding and had all our children. There was 3 gathering spaces in the home for everyone to feel comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we were in town.

Spacious and very comfortable in every way. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage. Highly recommend this beautiful single level home in a very walkable and quiet neighborhood. Great host too!

That was a fantastic stay! The home was so cute, quaint, and cozy. This was a very last-minute trip, and Becca was super responsive when I had some questions both prior to and during the stay. I loved it and hope to be back again!

Becca provided information on restaurants, places to visit and emergency numbers etc. I could tell she was very organized and thoughtful. Her house was warm, cozy and clean. We were in town for a Mayo Clinic hospital stay and appreciated the short drive to get to the hospital. We also liked that we had a garage to park our vehicle as it was a cold and snowy time of year. We liked the updated kitchen and roomy dining area and were very comfortable sleeping. I would recommend Becca’s home and would like to stay again if needed for an extended stay.

This is one of the more comfortable air bnb places I've stayed at. A quiet house, totally equipped kitchen, good beds. I appreciate the fact that a thermostat set at 70 actually yields a temperature of 70, which one can't take for granted in more drafty homes. The location was perfect for me, a pleasant 15 or 20 minute walk to the Mayo. My only hesitancy in giving it 5 stars is that I'll only make it that much harder to book when I need to stay in Rochester in the future, but oh well....

This home was perfect for our extended family group. The winter views are picturesque! It has a good game room and 2 cozy fireplaces. We really appreciated the plowed driveway with enough parking for family traveling a long distance. We saw plenty of winter wildlife. The house had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic. We would definitely rent from this host again.
