This ground level of a historic Kutzky Park home is located steps from St Mary's Mayo Clinic Campus and less than a mile from the Gonda Building. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all in walking distance, with free reserved off street parking for one vehicle.
Good to know
A sunny bedroom features a king bed with lots of storage, a living room with a smart TV so you can log into your own streaming accounts, a large kitchen and dining room are all on the main floor with free washer and dryer in the basement.
Other Details to Note
Guest will have private access to the entire first floor. The upper floor is locked off from guest use, but will not be in use during your stay. Reserved off street parking is available for one vehicle. Additional vehicles will have to acquire a residential parking permit for parking on the street or there are parking meters across the street for short term parking.

Charming house in a very convenient location near St. Mary's campus. A market is just down the street a few blocks, restaurants, gas and convenience stores also nearby. The house is well-appointed with linens, pots and pans, cooking & eating utensils. It was very nice that nobody was using the upper floor during our stay - I believe this is the standard practice for the hosts. The parking spot out front is extremely convenient. The house is full of windows which can be opened when the weather is nice - I really enjoyed this feature. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, we slept well every night of our stay. While we brought a lot of our own supplies, we would have been fine without most of them because so much is provided by the host -- soaps, dish towels, cookware, dishes, trash cans, TP, tissues, games and cards, and more. The keypad entry system is super easy to use and convenient. The front porch is a great bonus if the weather is nice.

We were not here on a tourist trip though. I've always wanted to visit Minnesota. My husband had surgery at Mayo Clinic. I cannot tell you how invaluable it was to have this location first off. I could come back back-and-forth yet still be almost on the hospital grounds. The house is beautiful well kept and comfortable. In fact, the bed was amazing. If I needed anything, the response was almost instant. I'm so very grateful I had this space oh and yes, the front porch swing was amazing but a little chilly at the time. My only complaint is, I wished to stay an extra night that I did not book but it's popular so I could not stay. Thank you so much to this house getting me through a very rough time.

Our day went very well. Becca‘s homes are always clean well supplied and very homie. From the moment we walked in we were very comfortable.

I stayed here for a trip to the Mayo Clinic. The house was very clean and had everything you could want for cooking at home. The sunlit bedroom was so lovely and relaxing and the mattress was firm and incredibly comfortable.
The host was very helpful and responsive and incredibly considerate of my travel situation and the serious weather warnings. I really appreciate their kindness and I would happily stay here again.
Oh, and the location is great. The Mayo Building is about a 20 minute walk and St. Mary's was just a street away.

Perfect stay! Hosts were great, communicated well, and were super accommodating. I stayed here on a Mayo Clinic visit, and it was the perfect location for walking to my appointments. They were awesome, letting me bring my dog which made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. Absolutley would reccommend this darling home and would stay again!
