This ground level of a historic Kutzky Park home is located steps from St Mary's Mayo Clinic Campus and less than a mile from the Gonda Building. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all in walking distance, with free reserved off street parking for one vehicle.
Good to know
A sunny bedroom features a king bed with lots of storage, a living room with a smart TV so you can log into your own streaming accounts, a large kitchen and dining room are all on the main floor with free washer and dryer in the basement.

Your home was a perfect place to stay for my daughter and I. We were in Rochester to see family, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen so that we could bring items for get togethers. We appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom and the quiet neighborhood especially when my daughter needed to recover from bad headaches as they arose. We hope your home is available next time we are visiting Rochester! Thank you for being a great host!

Becca was responsive and very flexible with my schedule. She answered every question promptly and went out of her way to accommodate me; which was much appreciated during a difficult time.
The apt was absolutely spotless, up to date, and comfortable. I could easily walk across the street to the Mary Bligh complex of buildings at Mayo made me daily trips there less difficult. I felt very at home here.

My son had surgery at St. Mary's, and i had planned to stay with him. When the nurse told me that Mayo didn't want nonpatients to shower there, for fear they may fall, I had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. Becca's home was affordable, in walking distance, and had a washer/dryer, which was a plus. She quickly responded to me, answering my questions, and once booked, even allowed me to check in early. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation bearable.

My sister and I were at Mayo for a week. This was the perfect place to stay! Easy, comfortable and it met all of our needs. Groceries are within walking distance and Mayo is right there! We drove to Mayo, long days, but parking was easy and inexpensive (compared to most). It was wonderful to have a great place to come home to! Thanks Becca.

We spent 6 nights at this house and were very satisfied with it. The rooms are large, everything was provided that was needed, the bed and furniture is comfortable and the bathroom was warm! We asked to check in a night early at the last minute from the road as we were arriving sooner than expected. Becca responded quickly and positively to our request. Since it was an early arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the heat was on and we very much appreciated the automatic porch light to assist us in entering. We had our dog with us and the outside space worked well for his needs. If the need should arise, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Had a great stay.
Location was great and very walkable to many restaurants and Mayo facilities. Quite neighborhood and many places to walk our dog.
Will stay again when we visit Rochester next time.
