This was the perfect location for our trip to Mayo. Very comfortable home with all the amenities we needed. It was nice coming back after a long day to such a homey environment. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and the neighborhood itself was very walker friendly. Becca was a pleasure to work with, friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay could not have been better. Loved the effort to preserve the original floors, cabinetry, and charm of a well cared for vintage home. The 5 min walk to St. Mary’s worked out perfectly. Our dog was welcomed and helped make our stay feel like home. We will always try to book the Hart house when visiting Rochester.

Becca, Your home was a perfect place to stay for my daughter and I. We were in Rochester to see family, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen so that we could bring items for get togethers. We appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom and the quiet neighborhood especially when my daughter needed to recover from bad headaches as they arose. Becca was responsive and very flexible with my schedule. She answered every question promptly and went out of her way to accommodate me; which was much appreciated during a difficult time. The apt was absolutely spotless, up to date, and comfortable. I could easily walk across the street to the Mary Bligh complex of buildings at Mayo made me daily trips there less difficult. I felt very at home here.

Outstanding location. Great price. An unbeatable value. My family needed a place to stay while we were getting work done on our house, someplace where it would still be easy to get to work. This place definitely delivered. Highly recommend.
