Staying at The Gwen put us in a quiet, quaint neighborhood with sidewalks and plenty of neighborhood dog walkers. The house has many windows for lots of light and two large bedrooms that were cozy and comfortable. The fenced in backyard gave us privacy to enjoy time outdoors and use the nice grill.
We were a 5 minute bike ride to the Douglas Trail and 5 more minutes to The Little Thistle Brewery and access to plenty more trails. A brand new Cub was a short drive away and we enjoyed lunch nearby on the dog friendly patio of 5 West.

I clean for a living, so I notice when it’s not. This house was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but Becca was very responsive. The space is huge, bright, and has plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable.
