Like others have mentioned, at first we needed to be right by Mayo but later being at Becca’s cozy, clean & comfortable Bluebird house for a few days was wonderful! We enjoyed walking the treelined streets and to the nearby park, grocery store, Mexican bakery and ramen restaurant. Becca was a great host and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Had a nice stay. Close to Mayo. 1.5 bathrooms and the 1/2 bathroom is upstairs. Just an FYI and this is pretty standard for this area. Would stay here again. Thank you.

We enjoyed are stay, the house was very clean, cozy, spacious enough for a small group. The kitchen had every utensils available if you’re someone who likes to cook. I highly recommend it.

Becca was a very polite and responsive host. She had everything we needed and more. The home was a perfect location for appointments at Mayo Clinic. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The living room space was excellent for 4 adults to watch tv or play games. We loved that we could fit two cars in the drive versus having to purchase an off street parking pass.
The keyless entry and exit was a breeze. Plenty of clean towels and necessary hygiene amenities available if needed.
It was a very roomy home and very comfortable for 4 adults and would also be for 6.

This adorable home was just what we needed for our stay in Rochester. We were in town for appointments at the Mayo Clinic and after a few days in a hotel moved to this home. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, great amenities, fantastic location to the hospital and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The price is a bargain. You can't go wrong renting this home.
