Good to know

You will enter the home from the door just off the driveway where you will have one off-street parking spot with plenty of additional on-street free parking space. You enter into the family room where there is a 55 inch 4k Roku Smart television so you can login to your favorite streaming apps. There is also a nice sound system. Two small steps take you up to the kitchen with all new stainless appliances that over looks the family room. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a table that seats four and that area is open to the living room with wonderful outdoor views. Off the living room is a hallway that leads to the 2 queen bedrooms with wonderful memory foam mattresses, a full room office, and a full bathroom. The finished basement has a washer, dryer and bonus bathroom. There is a large concrete patio with a firepit, outdoor dining table for four, and a gas grill. There is an additional smaller patio that is covered with a table and chairs.

The house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is allowed outside. We expect guests to treat the property with respect.

Neighborhood

Nice quiet 1950's residential neighborhood, very close to a number of churches and schools. 3 blocks from great grocery store and multiple pharmacies. Blocks from several great eating places, some with bar service. Pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds and many other amenities within a very short walk.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire upstairs of the house. The outdoor spaces can be enjoyed in all seasons depending on your appreciation for the weather. The two stall detached garage is not available to guests and is used by a neighbor. For this reason guests must park on the side of the driveway nearest to the house and in front of the numbers 1002 on the garage door.

Find us

There is one off-street parking space in the driveway. There is also ample free on-street parking on two sides of the house. Three blocks to access to the Rochester bus line with a waiting shelter. There is easy access to the Rochester walking/biking trails that go for many miles in and around the city.
